6 pounds
My due date was just a few days ago and I am proud to announce that Cole has reached 6 pounds! That is roughly the weight that Willy was born at. The preemie outfits on my little boy are getting a bit snug as well. His arms also seem to be getting too long for the sleeves. He has quite the appetite. He demands a whole bottle every two hours (so sorry for me!). This is really great, pretty soon we will have to consider getting that dirt bike that we promised him!
Before Daddy gives Cole his vitamins....

When Mommy gets mad at Daddy....
By the way, when Cole screams at you the inside of his mouth is also black. The vitamins smell as bad as it looks and I am sure that it doesn't taste that great either. Willy and Cole aren't concerned because they don't do laundry and make the outfit plans the night before... oh well... :)

Some early AM wakeboarding pics
Well, as you get old and get married and have kids the wives keep you on a tight leash so you have to do things to get around them. We decided that it would be worth it to go wakeboarding at 6am at Lucky Peak before work. It was cold for the first run but after that it was fantastic and we made it to work on time... so to speak.
Me airing it out a little:
Fun times! (more pics on photobucket)
We are having so much fun playing with our baby. He is so cute. I am sure that that is their only redeeming factor. If he were ugly while screaming in my ear at 4am, I think I would have to give him back to the storks. (Wipe that "ha ha revenge is sweet" grin off of your face Mom.) It is amazing that I can laugh at his wails because they are so loud and sound so adorable at the same time. I swear, bottle warmers are a thing of the past; he wants it straight. He would also much rather be held afterwards and sleep on my chest rather than sleep in his bassinet. Oh well, do I really sound like I mind?Today we plan to take him and Ally to the park this evening to get some fresh air. I am looking forward to pushing him around in his stroller. Willy has named it Cole's race car because it is a jogging stroller with some hard core tires on it. We hope it will work great in the foothills because you know that I won't be jogging with it!
Our boy is also officially tubeless! Willy took his gavage feeding tube out the other day so we have a real baby now. We are all much happier.
Look at the Al, Jenna remembers her even if we don't!

Dallas update
We are settling in nicely in our new house. Willy put up molding in Cole's room and we painted it for him so it looks like a cute baby nursery. It is by far the nicest room in the house! We really love our house so far. The only gross thing about it is that we found two hobo spiders. They are pretty big spiders and we were scared of them because we never saw those bugs before. I googled "Boise big spiders" and this is what popped up. Evidently they carry their babies on their backs and when you go to squish them they explode with baby spiders going everywhere! Thankfully this hasn't happened to us...

Cole is such a sweet baby. We are all getting used to each other. He really likes to be held and I think he already has us figured out because if he cries for no reason, we are going to hold him. Willy thinks he can't do anything while he holds Cole, so that is the time he asks me for a sandwich... MEN!
We really miss having our family around us. I want to show off our baby in his cute clothes. My friend, Jessica, came over yesterday for dinner and to adore Cole so that made me feel better. It was so nice to have a girlfriend around to pick on Willy. He decided it was a good time to work on his sprinklers and cut off huge branches of trees in the back yard.
