We have been busy so far this spring. I won a writing contest and will be published in an e-book anthology. I am really encouraged about that. Willy did a benefit concert for the Old Time National Fiddle Contest in June. They did really good too. We are raising some new chicks to replace a few lazy layers in our flock. We mated Dopey and hope to have some fresh homesteaded meat in August (aren't you lucky Mom and Bud!). As you can see for yourselves, CM is as awesome as ever with his animal husbandry and mad skills on the dirt bike trails!

The pizza experience was really fun. Because we went to Japan we got to make our own pizza for free and share travel tales with other random people.
