Yesterday was so beautiful out, sunny and windy, that when Willy suggested that I go for a bike ride, I jumped at the opportunity. At the time, I was holding a cranky baby, so my decision was easy even though I haven't been on my bike in a year, I was sleep deprived and with a cold. Was it fun? Yes and no. I took a nice loop in the foothills and the way up was difficult, even with my awesome tires. I rode up what I could and walked the rest. My lung capacity, muscles and endurance dwindled over the course of my pregnancy; it was very challenging going upwards. I refused to quit because I left a husband and a baby at home to accomplish this and I was going to have fun, darn it! It was exhilarating going downhill. I still have a lot of my hard earned skill left from last year and I went as fast as I could with my breaks on.
After my bike ride... I told you I was tired!
Why it is so hard for me to leave the house...

ohhh my he is the most adorabliest thing ever. he's looking a lot cuter now.. lol but i bet you get that enough. Congrats on the bike ride, im sure you will get your endurance back if you work at it.

Oh my God, the baby is gorgeous. The first picture of him is a knockout, will definately forward this to Linda, Sarah and Kathy. Can't wait for Christmas vacation. Just think how he will look then, and act. Up more often and you sleeping all night. You do not look that bad Marisa, don't worry. You just look happy. Love from mom.
