Mother's Day

Willy and Cole really came through for me on my first Mother's Day. I woke up to freshly baked cinnamon rolls and coffee. Cole gave me the sweetest smile instead of his usual morning feed me face. I then looked up at the table and saw 4 pretty blue pots filled with some Sweet William flowers. Awwwwww.... Then we went fishing on a reservoir in the mountains. When that yielded nothing, we tried the Payette River. That was a lot of fun and I got a lot of practice in. A falcon flew over our head taunting us with a fish that it was able to catch. Why not me???? :)

Cole playing on the dock

I keep on forgetting to tell people that Cole almost ate his first bug here. It landed right on his tongue. I swear he was trying to catch it. I screamed and frantically brushed it off. He was Ok... not me, though.

Willy giving the waders and fly rod a try (he agrees that they are more fun)

Try not to be jealous, John
